Mandisi Dyantyis & Zoë Modiga Live @ Conhill

Mandisi Dyantyis & Zoë Modiga Live @ Conhill

A double bill of venerable musical lights in Zoë Modiga and Mandisi Dyantyis will take the stage at Constitution Hill on February 11th.

Zoë Modiga is elated:

"Mandisi has shared much of what he knows about the human condition through song for many years. Being able to take in his message, his compositions, and his calling has been a beautiful ride.

"As a February baby, I was thrilled when the BandaBanda Agency proposed a joint show to start the year. I consider his music as a birthday gift and I know we will co-create something impactful and honest for the audience. His music affirms what I hope to affirm in people as well."

"BandaBanda Agency is starting 2023 with a bang as they produce their first show at Constitutional Hill to celebrate Life, Love and Living for one another,” says event producer Banda Banda.

Banda Banda believes that "Zoë Modiga and Mandisi Dyantyis have joined the ranks of South African artists who once communicated through their stories, like Miriam Makeba and Hugh Masekela were 60 years ago, and what Ringo Madlingozi and Thandiswa Mazwai were 25 years ago."

The event starts at 15:00 on Saturday, the 11th, and will feature Dyantyis and Modiga performing together for the first time. Tickets are from R300.00 on Quicket.

"We aim to celebrate each other and embrace the differences that make us unique and special. We will have other supporting acts that we will announce soon," adds Banda Banda.
