Shimza’s One Man Show: SOWETO EDITION!

Shimza is known for hosting some of the biggest events in Mzansi and getting the rest of the world dancing. The Tembis native will be returning for his One Man Show: Soweto Edition which promises to be an exuberant journey! The One Man Show: Soweto Edition will take place at Zone 6 Venue in Soweto on Saturday, 29 June 2019.

Hot from releasing his latest dance floor swelling and chart topping single, Surrender, the track looks certain set the agenda on the night.

On stage will be some of the hottest award winning acts comprising AKA, Cassper Nyovest, Kwesta, Riky Rick, Boity, Busiswa, Nadia Nakai, Gigi Lamayne, Moozlie, Busiswa, TDK Macasette and the host himself, making him the only DJ on the line-up.

Speaking about the event, Shimza said:

“People should come to the ONE MAN SHOW: SOWETO EDITION because it’s an experience that people will never forget. They can expect party music with a twist."

Before the sun sets and the music kicks off, Shimza will be hosting his free music workshops at the same venue between 12am and 3pm. The purpose of the workshops is to assist and educate up and coming musicians and DJs about the industry at large.

“I invite experts from the industry to empower and educate artists on the rise, the entertainment industry is not all fun and games but can be a lucrative and stable business when you put the work in,” said Shimza.

Tickets for this year’s SHIMZA’s One Man Show : Soweto Edition are available at Computicket from R250 (general) and R450 (VIP). Doors open at 7 PM.
